Weibull reliability distribution and ANOVA analysis

The experiment was performed with seven replicates in each condition, and the fatigue life data were collected when the solder joints underwent complete failure. A two-parameter Weibull distribution was implemented to analyze the reliability performance at each experimental condition based on the obtained fatigue life.
