Air quality
Air pollution is air contamination caused by compounds in the atmosphere that are hazardous to human and other living beings’ health and cause damage to the environment (Landrigan, 2017). On the one hand, some factors affecting air quality are economic development. For instance, Guo et al. (2017) found that developing logistics services has made air pollution severe, but the impact of GDP and urban population growth is insignificant. Sun et al. (2023) proposed that developing information and communication technology would affect CO2 emissions.
