The acoustic wave is mechanical and longitudinal, and the superposition of two acoustic waves forms a standing wave. In standing waves, the mechanical wave creates acoustic pressures along the propagating direction, therefore, any standing wave includes a number of nodes and anti-nodes, and the nodal points may be used for AT29.
