Structural damage detection using deep learning and FE model updating techniques

The feasibility of the proposed method was evaluated based on the experimental test. Vibrational tests were conducted to extract the dynamic characteristics of the target structure, which were then used to establish a reference FE model that adequately represents the dynamic characteristics of the target structure.
