Reagents

Recombinant murine M-CSF was obtained from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN). Glutathione S-transferase (GST)-RANKL was expressed in our laboratory as described⁵². The source of reagents is as follows: Mito Stress Kit, 2-deoxyglucose, glucose, glutamine, and Seahorse assay medium was purchased from Agilent Technologies.
