We prospectively included all patients with long-COVID and severe disabling long-term manifestations, including effort intolerance and possibly related to dysautonomia. They were consecutively referred by the Infectious Diseases and Immunology Department (Cochin Hotel Dieu Hospital) to the Clinical Physiology Department (Lariboisière Hospital) for evaluations of autonomic function at the day hospital.
